How do I adjust the removable modular base to fit different container sizes?
The CrispiPro’s stainless-steel modular base adjusts to fit 2.5-qt, 4-qt*, and 6-qt CleanCrisp containers.
• Upper slot for 2.5-qt
• Middle slot for 4-qt*
• Bottom platform for 6-qt
This ensures proper sealing. Cooking will not begin if the container is not inserted correctly.

Caution: The base becomes hot after use. Allow it to cool or use oven mitts when handling.
Which CleanCrisp Glassware containers are compatible with the Crispi and Crispi Pro units?

Why is “ADD POT” appearing on the display screen?
The “ADD POT” message means the glass container isn’t fully secured. Ensure the modular base is in the correct position and the Ninja glass container clicks firmly into place before cooking.
