Great bike, easy to assemble even for a 14 year old. I was not aware I was buying a pre order so shipping was postponed bit once the order was fulfilled the shipping was fast. Quality bike at a great price.
10/10 there’s nothing more I can really say, best bike for the price, small note it had a scrape on the frame when it first arrived but there’s nothing I can really do about it so it doesn’t really take any points away

1. How long does shipping take? When will my order been dispatched?
Yozma IN 10 ebikes are shipped from our California warehouse, and delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on the way.
2. What if the package is broken/missing?
Due to FedEx's failure to deliver the bike as required during transportation, parts of the wear and scratch may cause by the parts crashing together, although we have packed all the parts to prevent these situations as much as we can. Please send us the related pictures via support@yozmasport.com, we will solve it for you.
3. Can I return my order for personal reasons ?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, or the ebike must have less than ten (10) miles on the odometer and must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.), and in its original packaging.For specific fees, please click HERE.

We received this bike 4 days ago for my grandson's birthday. It didn't take long to put together but out of the box the display unit was badly cracked and unreadable. We emailed Yozma and they responded within 1 day and are sending a replacement. That is great service! In the meantime, it has not stopped my grandson from riding and loving this dirt bike. He has already put 50 miles on it and loves it. We got him a nice helmet and gloves to keep him safe. I tried to keep him at speed level 2 but you know what a 13 year old boy will do..... He gets close to around 32 mph (68 inches tall). The build quality of the bike seems to be great (I am a mechanical engineer).
